First attempt at making a serious game in Unity 

The first project in my Game Design carreer, with the goal of making a game to spread awareness of excessive phone usage, especially in traffic.

It was planned to be a game where you control a robot, designed by an old toy maker. This robot was tasked with shooting the phone out of the hands of the citizens of the town, who had been “brainwashed” by their phones to constantly keep looking on their phones and lose track of the real world.

The idea was sadly scrapped because, even after multiple iterations, the game couldn’t properly convey the message of “stop looking at your phone, and start looking around more” and still be fun and enjoyable, which is still an important part of my goal as a game designer.
